.DISCUSSION...


Relative humidities in northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia
will remain near or less than 30% into this evening with values
near 40% or so elsewhere. These values increase significantly
tonight before dropping into the 40s again on Tuesday.
Southwesterly winds of 5 to 15 mph are expected tomorrow.
Thunderstorm chances increase later in the week.
