.DISCUSSION...

Mostly dry and cold conditions are expected through Wednesday. A
weak impulse will move across southwest Virginia and northeast
Tennessee Thursday into Thursday night and produce some light rain
and snow followed by a warm up for the end of the week with
significant rainfall Saturday before a arctic-like airmass moves
back into the region for early next week.
