.SYNOPSIS...Reinforcing high pressure building south along the
eastern seaboard will produce an onshore wind flow through the
weekend. Building seas this weekend and into next week will
produce poor to hazardous boating conditions. Rain shower and
lightning storm potential increases over the local Atlantic waters
into early next week.
