.SYNOPSIS...Offshore flow continues today through Monday, with
winds then gradually becoming onshore by midweek. Wind speeds will
remain relatively light and seas will continue to subside through
early this week. Scattered to numerous offshore moving showers
and lightning storms are forecast into the afternoon and evening
today and Monday.
