.SYNOPSIS...Reinforcing high pressure to the north will build
south along the eastern seaboard through late this week and will
gradually increase onshore winds. Building seas this weekend and
into next week will produce poor to hazardous boating conditions.
Rain shower and lightning storm potential increases over the
local Atlantic waters into early next week.
