At 928 AM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
and thunderstorms mostly southwest of a Tulsa to Fort Smith line.
Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Mcintosh,
Okfuskee and Muskogee counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east
at around 30 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was
around one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to
three quarters of an inch. Coverage and intensity remained about the
same as last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and
into this afternoon, partly sunny, slight a chance of showers and
thunderstorms with temperatures 79 to 89 degrees and southwest winds
5 to 15 mph.
