...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ITASCA COUNTY
THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 427 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles southeast of Scenic State Park, or 24 miles northwest of
Hibbing, moving north at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Togo, Bear Lake, and Bois Forte Band Deer Creek Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
north central Minnesota.
