...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL IRON COUNTY THROUGH
500 PM CDT...

At 442 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Mercer, or 9 miles north of Turtle Flambeau Flowage,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Long Lake, Van Buskirk, Island Lake Iron County, and Fisher Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northwestern Wisconsin.
