THROUGH 11 AM...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL BE SEEN ACROSS PARTS OF
NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA. THIS FOG WILL REDUCE
VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE. IN ADDITION WITH
TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING...ANY MOISTURE DEPOSITED FROM THIS
FOG HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE A LIGHT GLAZE.

FOR THOSE DRIVING THIS MORNING...ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
