...Areas of Dense Fog Developing Overnight...

Clearing skies combined with moist conditions will allow for areas
of dense fog to develop through sunrise, with visibility in some
locations reduced to near zero at times. If you will be traveling
overnight or during the morning commute, be aware that your
travels may be impacted by very low visibility in some areas.
