...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO NORTHEAST IOWA
AND FAR SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN FROM MINNESOTA...

AT 1208 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE
MINNESOTA-IOWA BORDER. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

THIS LINE OF STORMS HAS HEAVY RAINFALL RATES OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR
AND ISOLATED WIND GUSTS IN THE 40 TO 50 MPH RANGE.

THROUGH 2 AM...THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE
STORMS...

DECORAH...CHARLES CITY...PRAIRIE DU CHIEN...WAUKON... CRESCO...
OSAGE...LANSING...POSTVILLE...NORA SPRINGS...ST.
ANSGAR...CALMAR...ROCKFORD...OSSIAN...RICEVILLE...LYLE..
.ELMA...NEW ALBIN...LIME SPRINGS AND STACYVILLE.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND MAY
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
