MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN EARLY THIS
EVENING. UP TO A QUICK HALF INCH OF ACCUMULATION MAY RESULT IN
SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION...LOCALIZED BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW WITH PERIODIC REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY WILL
CONTINUE FOR AREAS WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER...ESPECIALLY IN
MORE OPEN AND RURAL AREAS. IF TRAVELING THIS EVENING...SLOW DOWN
AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
