THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE IN FROM THE
WEST EARLY THIS MORNING. RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH PER
HOUR ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS...WHICH COULD RESULT
IN URBANIZED FLOODING. THE MORNING COMMUTE MAY BE IMPACTED WITH
PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
