A BAND OF LIGHT SNOW...MIXED WITH SOME LIGHT RAIN AND
DRIZZLE...WAS SLOWLY MOVING EAST ACROSS THE AREA EARLY THIS
MORNING. BY 3 AM THE LEADING EDGE OF THE PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED
TO BE NEAR OSSEO AND LA CROSSE WISCONSIN TO OELWEIN IOWA.

ANY SNOW AMOUNTS ARE GENERALLY EXPECTED TO BE 1/2 INCH OR
LESS. HOWEVER... WITH TEMPERATURES HOVERING NEAR OR JUST ABOVE
32...SOME SLUSHY ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE ON ROADS...ESPECIALLY
BRIDGE DECKS.

IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING...BE ALERT FOR SLIPPERY SPOTS AND
STRETCHES ON UNTREATED ROADS. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW SOME EXTRA TIME
TO SAFELY REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
