Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Weakening area of low pressure, averaging 29.50
inches, will become ill defined today as it stalls over northern
Ontario. A second area of low pressure will meanwhile develop over
the Upper Midwest, then deepen to 29.30 inches as it lifts through
the central and northern Great Lakes tonight into Sunday. This
system will pull a cold front through the area early Sunday.

scattered showers and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy with
numerous light showers and scattered thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.SUNDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest 15 to 20
knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then diminishing to
10 to 15 knots late in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Numerous
showers and scattered thunderstorms early in the morning...then a
chance of light showers in the late morning and afternoon. Waves 1
to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 5 to 10
knots in the late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy. A chance of
light showers early in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of until
late afternoon. A chance of light showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly clear. A chance of
showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
