THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...LATE  AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

THROUGH THE 6 TO 9 PM TIME FRAME...AT LEAST LIGHT ACCUMULATING
SNOW REMAINS LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA...BEFORE STEADILY
ENDING FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST. INCLUDING SNOW THAT HAS
ALREADY FALLEN...TOTAL SNOW AMOUNTS SHOULD GENERALLY RANGE FROM
1.5 TO 3.5 INCHES...WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS FAVORING COUNTIES
EAST OF HIGHWAY 281 IN NEBRASKA. ALTHOUGH ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL
SHOULD AVERAGE UNDER 1 INCH IN MOST AREAS...INCREASING NORTHWEST
WINDS COULD RESULT IN AT LEAST BRIEF VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS AND
TRAVEL ISSUES. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH
9 PM FOR NEBRASKA AREAS MAINLY EAST OF A LINE FROM RED CLOUD...TO
HASTINGS...TO FULLERTON...WHERE THE HIGHEST TOTAL SNOW AMOUNTS ARE
EXPECTED. PLEASE REFER TO THE LATEST WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
STATEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
