SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

HEAT INDICES WILL CLIMB TO AROUND 100 DEGREES ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA
ON MONDAY AFTERNOON.

THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS ON
MONDAY NIGHT AND THE ENTIRE AREA ON TUESDAY. CHANCES FOR STORMS
WILL DECREASE FROM NORTH TO SOUTH TUESDAY NIGHT INTO
WEDNESDAY...BEFORE INCREASING ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA ON WEDNESDAY
NIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY. A FEW SEVERE STORMS MAY BE POSSIBLE ON
MONDAY EVENING ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS...WITH DAMAGING WINDS THE
MAIN THREAT. OTHERWISE...ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED...STRONG STORMS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE
POSSIBLE.
