This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Water levels on some area rivers and creeks will remain high from
recent rainfall. Please refer to the River Flood statements for

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

High water levels and flooding along some area rivers and creeks
will continue through early to mid-week. Please refer to the River
Flood statements for details.

There is chance for showers and thunderstorms Sunday night through
Monday night. A few strong to marginally severe storms are possible
Monday late afternoon and evening, generally northwest of the Kansas

Isolated to widely scattered hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms
are possible Tuesday afternoon across mainly the eastern half of
Kansas. Small hail and gusty winds will be the main threats.

Thunderstorm chances will return from late Friday through the
weekend, with the overall pattern favoring a handful of strong to
severe storms.


Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.
