THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS,
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE IS A CHANCE OF ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS THIS MORNING AND
AGAIN TONIGHT. STRONG STORMS ARE POSSIBLE...MOST LIKELY SOUTHWEST
OF A LINE FROM LINCOLN TO MCPHERSON TO ELDORADO TO SEDAN. BOTH
SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THUNDERSTORMS IN WESTERN KANSAS ARE EXPECTED MOVE INTO THE AREA
SUNDAY EVENING AND PERSIST UNTIL EARLY MORNING. SEVERE STORMS ARE
POSSIBLE ACROSS CENTRAL AND MOST OF SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...WITH
STRONG STORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEAST KANSAS. STRONG WINDS WILL
BE THE PRIMARY THREAT...BUT QUARTER SIZED HAIL IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE FOR MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF SEVERE WEATHER FROM
MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. THE MOST LIKELY DAYS FOR HIGHER END
SEVERE WEATHER APPEARS TO BE MONDAY AND TUESDAY EVENINGS.
SUPERCELL THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE BOTH DAYS WITH LARGE HAIL
AND DAMAGING WINDS THE MAIN THREAT. A TORNADO OR TWO CANNOT BE
RULED OUT. THERE IS STILL LOTS OF UNCERTAINTY ON PLACEMENT, TIMING
AND MAGNITUDE OF THE SEVERE WEATHER. STAY TUNED FOR LATER UPDATES.
