This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central, South
Central and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

An isolated thunderstorm is possible over Southeast Kansas early
this morning that may produce some small hail.

An Extreme Grassland Fire Danger will exist across all of South-
Central and much of Central Kansas this afternoon while a Very High
Grassland Fire Danger exists across the remaining areas. For further
details, refer to the Red Flag Warning that is in effect from 1 PM
until 7 PM CDT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Thunderstorms are possible for all areas from late Wednesday Night
through Friday and for Southeast Kansas Friday Night. Strong and
severe thunderstorms are possible from Thursday through Friday.

A Very High to Extreme Grassland Fire Danger is likely Thursday
Afternoon while a Very High Grassland Fire Danger is possible in
western parts of Central Kansas Friday Afternoon.


Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
