SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

THERE IS A CHANCE FOR ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
LATE TONIGHT OR DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS ACROSS
CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS. A FEW STRONG STORMS ARE
POSSIBLE WITH HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS MAY LINGER ACROSS THE AREA THURSDAY
MORNING. THE NEXT LEGITIMATE CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD ARRIVE
ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS LATE FRIDAY NIGHT WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS
SPREADING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT. A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTINUE SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT ACROSS THE AREA.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE...FOR PRIMARILY CENTRAL
KANSAS...FROM MONDAY THRU TUESDAY. THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS MAY
PRODUCE SOME SMALL HAIL AND 40 TO 50 MPH GUSTS.

HEAT INDICES FROM 100 TO 104 ARE LIKELY FOR ALL AREAS THURSDAY
THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. HEAT INDICES WOULD INCREASE TO 103 TO
108 FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH THE HIGHEST INDICES ACROSS SOUTHEAST
KANSAS.
