This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Very high to extreme grassland fire danger will impact the region
this afternoon, due to mild temperatures, strong and gusty south
winds and low relative humidity. Fire danger will be highest over
southeast Kansas, generally along and east of the Flint Hills, where
a red flag warning is in effect. Please avoid outdoor burning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Very high grassland fire danger is expected across parts of south
central Kansas and the Flint Hills Tuesday afternoon.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
