THIS AFTERNOON SKIES CLEARED IN A WEST TO EAST MANNER BUT IT WASN`T SOON
ENOUGH AS NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WINDS LIMITED TEMPERATURES TO BETWEEN
40 AND 50 DEGREES.

IT MAY BE MID-APRIL BUT AS FAR AS THE ATMOSPHERE IS CONCERNED...IT MIGHT
AS WELL BE MID-FEBRUARY. UNDER A FABULOUSLY COLORFUL FULL MOON LOWS WILL
BE IN THE 20S AS HIGH PRESSURE DRIFTS ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. FREEZE
WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR MOST AREAS WHERE RECORD LOWS ARE LIKELY.

ON TAX DAY A CYCLONE STRENGTHENING OVER WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA WILL INDUCE
WINDS TO BECOME SOUTHWEST AND GREATLY INCREASE OVER THE WESTERN PLAINS.
UNDER MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES AND SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WINDS...HIGHS IN THE
LOWER 60S ARE TICKETED FOR THE WESTERN HALF OF THE REGION WHILE EASTERN
SECTIONS SHOULD ONLY REACH 55 TO 60 DEGREES.
