Including the cities of Lafayette, Frankfort, Kokomo,
Crawfordsville, Anderson, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute,
Shelbyville, Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes, Bedford, and Seymour

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: There is a chance for thunderstorms.

Hazards: Lightning, locally heavy rainfall.

Timing: Through the afternoon.

Discussion: Thunderstorm chances will come to an end from northwest
to southeast throughout the day as a cold front moves across the

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Outlook: Additional threats for storms are expected Monday and Tuesday
and again Wednesday through Saturday. Storms will be capable of
heavy rainfall...dangerous cloud to ground lightning and gusty winds.

Discussion:  Additional daily threats for scattered storms will
develop again on Monday afternoon and continue through the week as a
frontal boundary sets up over the area.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
