This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Outlook: Patchy fog will occur this afternoon and tonight.

Hazards: Reduced visibilities.

Timing: This afternoon through the overnight.

Discussion: Ample low level moisture across the area will continue to
cause patchy fog and low clouds into Thursday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Outlook: A WINTER STORM WATCH is in effect on Thursday night through
Friday Night. Rain is expected to transition to a wintry mix on
Thursday night and then transition to snow Friday into Saturday.
Significant snow accumulations are possible, along with some light
icing in some locations. Much colder weather will return for the
weekend. Wind chills will be below zero by Saturday night.

Discussion: A storm system will move from the Tennessee Valley to the
eastern Great Lakes this weekend. This storm will bring accumulating
snowfall to parts of the area. Colder air will return as well.
