Crawfordsville, Anderson, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute,
Shelbyville, Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes, Bedford, and Seymour

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Outlook: Wind chills from 0 to 10 below zero are expected tonight.

Hazards: Frostbite and hypothermia due to cold temperatures.

Timing: Through the night.

Discussion: The combination of cold air and wind will result in wind
chills below zero tonight. An upper level disturbance may result in
scattered flurries or light snow showers this evening. A light
dusting is possible in localized areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Outlook: Below zero wind chills are expected at times through
Wednesday night. Heavy rainfall is possible around Sunday.

Discussion: The combination of cold temperatures and wind will result
in below zero wind chills at times through Wednesday night.

A low pressure system is expected to move into the area over the
upcoming weekend. This system will bring the threat of rain from
Saturday into Monday. Heavy rainfall is possible around Sunday. Some
mixed precipitation is possible at the tail end of the event
Monday...but accumulations are unlikely at this time.


Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
