The National Weather Service in JACKSON KY has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Perry County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Northwestern Knott County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Southern Breathitt County in southeastern Kentucky...

* Until 1030 PM EDT

* At 836 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Hindman, Altro, Bush Branch, Buck, Hardshell, Leburn, Copland,
  Lamont, Ary, Bearville, Wolf Coal, Beech, Garner, Vest, Canoe, Soft
  Shell, Decoy, Noble, Elmrock and Dice.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
