THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE PERIOD WAS 70.  THE RECORD MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE IS 82 DEGREES WHICH WAS SET IN 1961.  THE MINIMUM
TEMPERATURE WAS 14.  THE RECORD MINIMUM TEMPERATURE IS -1 DEGREE
WHICH WAS SET IN 1958.  THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 38.8 DEGREES
WHICH IS 4.1 DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 42.9
DEGREES.  THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE DID NOT EXCEED 90 DEGREES.  THE
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE DROPPED BELOW 32 DEGREES ON 18 DAYS THIS
PERIOD.  A TOTAL OF 1.97 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL DURING THE
