THROUGH 2 AM...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING EAST AND NORTHEAST
OVER THE WIND RIVER MOUNTAINS INTO THE UPPER WIND RIVER BASIN...WILL
BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS BETWEEN 30 AND
40 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH. THIS INCLUDES THE DUBOIS AND
CROWHEART AREAS. IN ADDITION TO THE STRONG WIND...SOME MODERATE
RAINFALL IS ALSO EXPECTED ESPECIALLY SOUTHEAST OF DUBOIS.
