Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Wichita KS
457 PM CST Sat Dec 3 2016

Areas of light rain and drizzle made for a dreary Saturday and with
east to southeast winds under 10 mph, temperatures ranged from near
35 in Northern Kansas to around 50 in the southeast.

It will be a rainy night across the plains as a weak surface trough
moves slowly east from the Northwestern Plains to the Dakotas and
Nebraska. The light rain and drizzle may mix with light snow toward
daybreak but no accumulation would result. The light precipitation
should vacate the Kansas Neighborhood by noon on Sunday as the
surface trough crosses Missouri.

A wide range of lows is forecast, from the lower 20s in the Western
Plains to around 40 in Missouri and Eastern Oklahoma. Highs around
50 are forecast for most areas on Sunday as skies clear in a west
to east manner.
