SKIES WERE CLOUDY SKIES OVER EASTERN KANSAS DURING THE NIGHT. DENSE
FOG DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS. WINDS WERE SOUTH TO
SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10  MPH...WITH PREDAWN TEMPERATURES IN THE 40S.

DENSE FOG ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN POSTED THIS MORNING OVER MUCH OF THE
WESTERN HALF OF KANSAS AND WESTERN OKLAHOMA. SOUTH WINDS WILL KEEP
MOISTURE ON THE INCREASE ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS. LOW PRESSURE
WILL DEEPEN IN SOUTHEAST COLORADO TONIGHT...WITH SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS BREAKING OUT ACROSS THE WESTERN OKLAHOMA. DRIZZLE AND
FOG ARE EXPECTED AGAIN TONIGHT OVER MUCH OF THE CENTRAL PLAINS.

FORECAST HIGHS RANGE FROM THE MID 40S IN PARTS OF IOWA...TO THE MID
60S IN EXTREME SOUTHWEST KANSAS. FORECAST LOWS RANGE FROM THE UPPER
20S IN WESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE MID 50S OVER MUCH OF OKLAHOMA AND
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS.
