* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS
  FOR...
  NORTHERN MUSKOGEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 433 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SLOW
  MOVING THUNDERSTORMS. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT
  IN MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS
  ALREADY FALLEN IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  MUSKOGEE...FORT GIBSON...BRAGGS...TAFT...BOYNTON...SUMMIT AND
  JAMESVILLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN
URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
