        ONSET...ONGOING.

HEAVY RAIN.
RISK...LIMITED.
AREA...EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS.
 ONSET...EARLY AFTERNOON.

THUNDERSTORMS WITH DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
RISK...LIMITED.
AREA...EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS.
 ONSET...EARLY AFTERNOON.

DISCUSSION...
AREAS OF RAIN...MIXED WITH SLEET WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTHEAST
OKLAHOMA...MOVING INTO NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. THE HEAVIER FROZEN
PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR ACROSS EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA INTO PORTIONS
OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. A FEW SLICK SPOTS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS...PRIMARILY ON ELEVATED SURFACES THIS MORNING.

OTHERWISE...WIDESPREAD RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE
EVENING HOURS WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE.  LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION NOT EXPECTED.

TUESDAY...VERY HIGH FIRE WEATHER POTENTIAL.

TEMPERATURES WILL RETURN TO ABOVE NORMAL LEVELS GOING INTO NEXT
WEEK. AS WINDS INCREASE ON TUESDAY... FIRE DANGER WILL BECOME A
CONCERN.
