This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.
THURSDAY...No Hazards.
FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
SATURDAY...Severe Thunderstorm Potential.
SUNDAY and MONDAY...No Hazards.
TUESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Thunderstorm chances return Friday and increase on Saturday.
Instability will begin to increase across the region by Friday
allowing some potential for severe weather late Friday afternoon
into Friday night.  A more widespread severe weather threat is
expected on Saturday as a cold front pushes into the region.
Extreme instability will be in place by Saturday afternoon and
significant severe weather is possible from late Saturday
afternoon through Saturday night.
Those with outdoor plans over the holiday weekend should
know your severe weather safety plan and stay updated of
the latest forecast.

Thunderstorm chances will end on Sunday as the cold front
pushes south of the region.
