NORTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...WHERE WINDS OF 35 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR
60 MPH ARE EXPECTED. HIGHS WILL BE IN THE MID 40S TO LOWER
50S...WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES OF 35 TO 45 PERCENT.

WINDS WILL BE VERY STRONG ACROSS THE AREA ON SUNDAY...WITH
SUSTAINED WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH AND GUSTS UP TO 70 MPH. WINDS WILL
DECREASE SUNDAY NIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL BE COOLER...IN THE 30S TO
LOWER 40S.
