HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 60 IN THE NORTHWEST TO
AROUND 80 IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 35 TO 60 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON...WITH
THE LOWEST VALUES ACROSS FAR SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.
