TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 60S AND LOWER 70S FROM WEST CENTRAL TO
SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. WINDS WILL BE SOUTHERLY AT 10 TO 20
MPH...WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS IN THE AFTERNOON. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
WILL DROP TO NEAR 25 PERCENT FROM WEST CENTRAL TO SOUTH CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA.

ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT THERE IS A MODERATE TO HIGH
POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE
RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
