A SURGE OF MOISTURE COMING UP THROUGH CENTRAL IOWA HAS LED TO 1/4
MILE OR LESS VISIBILITIES IN NEWTON...WEBSTER CITY AND IOWA FALLS.
THESE VERY LOW VISIBILITIES ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA BY 5 AM AS THE MOISTURE CONTINUES
MOVING NORTHEAST. USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING AS
VISIBILITIES COULD DROP SUDDENLY.
