...UNTREATED SECONDARY AND LESS Traveled ROADS WILL REMAIN SLICK
THIS AFTERNOON...

WHILE THE MAIN ROADS WILL HAVE A FEW SLIPPERY SPOTS...THE MAIN
CONCERN FOR TRAVEL THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE THE UNTREATED SECONDARY
AND LESS TRAVEL ROADS WHICH WILL REMAIN ICE COVERED AND HAZARDOUS
UNTIL THEY ARE TREATED.

IN ADDITION TO THE ICY ROADS...FOG WILL OCCASIONALLY REDUCE
VISIBILITIES TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS ACROSS NORTHEAST
IOWA...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND ON THE RIDGE TOPS IN WESTERN
WISCONSIN THIS AFTERNOON.

AS TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE 20S TONIGHT...ANY STANDING WATER AND
SLUSH WILL FREEZE. THIS WILL ADD ANOTHER ICY ELEMENT TO THE
ALREADY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.
