CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 NM NORTH OF PORT AUSTIN TO 6
NM SOUTH OF THE MOUTH OF THE SAGINAW RIVER...MOVING EAST AT 45 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  WHITE ROCK AROUND 410 PM EDT.
  HARBOR BEACH AROUND 415 PM EDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS INCLUDE BAY PORT AND
WHITE ROCK.
