...GUSTY WINDS AND A LIGHT SNOWFALL COULD CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...

TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY RISE INTO THE TEENS OVERNIGHT AHEAD OF
A CLIPPER SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE REGION. WIND CHILL READINGS
SHOULD RISE TO ZERO TO 10 ABOVE AT MOST PLACES OVERNIGHT.

STRONG GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT INTO TUESDAY
MORNING AS LIGHT SNOW SPREADS FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST ACROSS
THE REGION. EVEN THOUGH SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AN
INCH OR LESS IN MOST PLACES...THE STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING
AND DRIFTING SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS.
ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE AS SLICK ROADWAYS AND
POOR VISIBILITIES COULD DEVELOP.

THE STRONGEST WINDS AND MOST SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW
WILL OCCUR IN OPEN AREAS AND ALSO NEAR THE BAY AND LAKE. IN
PARTICULAR...TRAVELING CONDITIONS COULD BECOME DIFFICULT DUE TO
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE DOOR PENINSULA
WHEN WINDS SHIFT TO THE WEST AND NORTHWEST LATE TOMORROW MORNING
INTO THE AFTERNOON. ICE FISHERMAN ON GREEN BAY AND LAKE WINNEBAGO
COULD ALSO FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO BE OUT ON THE ICE TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY.
