THE COMBINATION OF WET PAVEMENTS...PATCHY DENSE FOG...AND
TEMPERATURES HOVERING AROUND THE FREEZING MARK MAY CREATE SOME
SLICK SPOTS ON ROADWAYS THROUGH 10 AM THIS MORNING. MOTORISTS AND
PEDESTRIANS SHOULD USE CAUTION ESPECIALLY WHEN TRAVERSING BLACKTOP
SURFACES. VISIBILITIES WILL FLUCTUATE GREATLY OVER SHORT
DISTANCES...AND WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS
IN THE DENSER FOG PATCHES. VISIBILITIES WILL BEGIN TO IMPROVE BY
10 AM EST THIS MORNING.
