REMAIN ANCHORED OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES OVERNIGHT. A WEAK 29.8
INCH LOW WILL DROP ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES OVERNIGHT AND THEN INTO
WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA TUESDAY. ANOTHER AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD INTO NORTHERN ONTARIO
PROVINCE AND QUEBEC TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY BEFORE MOVING TO
THE CANADIAN MARITIMES BY THURSDAY WHILE STRENGTHENING TO 30.4
INCHES. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE EASTERN LAKES LATE ON
FRIDAY WITH INCREASING WINDS AND BUILDING WAVES THROUGH SATURDAY.
