COLD FRONT CROSSING THE LAKE EARLY WEDNESDAY. FOLLOWING THE
PASSAGE OF THIS LOW...A 30.0 INCH HIGH IS FORECAST TO BUILD ACROSS
THE LAKE THURSDAY...THEN QUEBEC ON FRIDAY.
