WESTERN ATLANTIC TODAY...WHILE A 29.8 INCH LOW TRACKS FROM THE HIGH
PLAINS TO NEAR CHICAGO. THIS LOW WILL MOVE TO GEORGIAN BAY BY MONDAY
MORNING...THEN TO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES BY MONDAY EVENING. A COUPLE
WEAK TROUGHS OF LOW PRESSURE WILL THEN PASS TO THE NORTH OF THE LAKE
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY... WHILE ANOTHER 30.5 INCH HIGH BUILDS ACROSS
THE PLAINS STATES AND MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
