THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA LATE THIS
EVENING AND THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. A FEW STRONG TO
MARGINALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...MAINLY WEST OF
HIGHWAY 183...WITH WIND GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH AND HAIL NEAR THE SIZE
OF PENNIES THE PRIMARY HAZARDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL LINGER INTO TUESDAY MORNING...MAINLY FOR
LOCATIONS ALONG AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 281. LATER IN THE AFTERNOON
AND INTO THE EVENING...THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF
A FEW THUNDERSTORMS...GENERALLY EAST OF A OSCEOLA NEBRASKA TO
OSBORNE KANSAS LINE. IF THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOP...THEY COULD BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL NEAR THE SIZE OF QUARTERS AND WIND GUSTS
NEAR 60 MPH.

THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN THE FORECAST WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SOME SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE LATE
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS WEDNESDAY...PRIMARILY SOUTHEAST OF
A LINE FROM COLUMBUS NEBRASKA...TO HASTINGS...TO PHILLIPSBURG
KANSAS. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING THUNDERSTORMS WOULD BE THE PRIMARY
HAZARDS...ALTHOUGH CONDITIONS MAY SUPPORT A TORNADO OR TWO FOR A
SHORT TIME.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THE REST OF WEDNESDAY NIGHT
ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE OUTLOOK...BUT THOSE THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW SEVERE LIMITS.
