SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 55 MPH AND
SMALL HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING UNTIL ABOUT DARK.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SOUTHEAST KANSAS
SATURDAY...AND OVER CENTRAL KANSAS SATURDAY NIGHT. AN ISOLATED
STRONG STORM IS POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEAST KANSAS SATURDAY
AFTERNOON.

CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS
SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING...AND THEN OVER THE REST OF THE AREA
SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT. SEVERE STORMS WITH DAMAGING
WINDS AND LARGE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE SUNDAY EVENING ACROSS CENTRAL
KANSAS...AND ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA ON MONDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING.

A NEARLY STATIONARY FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL REMAIN THE FOCUS FOR
THUNDERSTORMS INTO TUESDAY AND PERHAPS PART OF WEDNESDAY. SOME
STRONG STORMS AND SOME WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE
POSSIBLE.

ANYONE WITH OUTDOOR PLANS THIS HOLIDAY WEEKEND...ESPECIALLY
THOSE CAMPING OR BOATING...ARE URGED TO CHECK LATER OUTLOOKS AND
FORECASTS FOR UPDATED INFORMATION.
