This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

South winds increasing to 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts will send
temperatures into the 90s once again. This will support a very high
grassland fire danger for areas along and west of I-135 this
afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Breezy southerly winds and highs in the 90s will result in an
elevated grassland fire danger again on Friday afternoon across
portions of central Kansas.

Thunderstorm chances will increase Sunday through early next week.
There may be potential for multiple rounds of storms, with an
accompanying risk of severe weather and heavy rainfall.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.
