THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS...
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

PATCHY FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING FOR LOCATIONS GENERALLY
ALONG AND SOUTHEAST OF THE KANSAS TURNPIKE. DENSE FOG IS NOT
EXPECTED.

LIGHT SNOW WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE LATE TONIGHT WITH A BRIEF
PERIOD OF SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE TONIGHT OVER FAR
SOUTHEAST KANSAS. AROUND A HALF INCH OF SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION WILL
BE POSSIBLE OVER FAR SOUTHERN KANSAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SNOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS ON
WEDNESDAY. SNOW AMOUNTS BY LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON ARE EXPECTED
TO RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND SOUTH OF
HIGHWAY 400...WITH AMOUNTS LESS THAN AN INCH OVER THE REMAINDER OF
THE AREA.

WIND CHILL VALUES OVER CENTRAL KANSAS ARE EXPECTED TO DROP TO
BETWEEN ZERO AND 5 BELOW ZERO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
