This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Windy conditions expected today.

Hazards: Wind gusts as high as 35 to 40 MPH.

Timing: Mainly from mid morning into the afternoon hours.

Discussion: In the wake of a strong cold front, temperatures will
drop and winds will be gusty today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Outlook: Snow showers will be possible mainly early in the weekend
as clipper systems move through. Light snow accumulation is

Discussion: A much colder airmass will expand into the region behind
the cold front. A secondary polar front will track through Tuesday
night into Wednesday morning and reinforce the colder air. The
latter front will usher in the coldest weather of the season. A
couple of clipper systems will bring chances for snow this weekend.


Spotter activation is not anticipated.
