The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the Mid Fork Salt River near Holliday.
* At 9 PM Tuesday the stage was 16.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river crested below flood stage at 16.8 feet this
  afternoon and is forecast to fall to near 10 feet by Thursday
  evening.
