EXPECT SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS
MORNING. SOME STORMS WILL PRODUCE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING IN ADDITION TO GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 MPH. BE
ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER AT TIMES AND THE POSSIBILITY OF SOME
SMALLER ROCK AND MUD SLIDES...ESPECIALLY IN STEEP TERRAIN. RAINFALL
OF ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH IS LIKELY IN MANY PLACES.
