Beta Nears the Texas Coast; Teddy Brings Swells and Rip Currents to the East Coast

Beta will bring the risk of flooding from the middle Texas coast to southeast Louisiana. Life-threatening storm surge may occur along portions of the Texas and Louisiana coast through Tuesday.
