.SYNOPSIS...North-northeast winds will produce poor boating
conditions across the offshore waters tonight. Winds turn
westerly by Wednesday, freshening briefly early Thursday as
another front moves across the waters. Isolated to scattered
showers remain possible through Wednesday, mainly south of the
Cape.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas 4 to 6 feet.
