Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northern Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
450 AM CDT Wed Jun 3 2020

.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms expected each day through at least
Friday, with an upper-level disturbance stalled over northern
Alabama and Middle Tennessee. Increasing moisture with continued
southerly flow out of the Gulf of Mexico will keep RH high and
could make for some locally heavy rainfall. Greatest threat for
showers and thunderstorms will generally be during the afternoon
and evening hours each day, though there could be showers around
any time of day.

Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy morning fog in
valleys near bodies of water over NE Alabama today and Thursday.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None expected.
