River forecasts include observed precipitation plus forecast
precipitation over the next 24 hours.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON TO TOMORROW
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black
  Hawk-Grundy County line...to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water affects Watters Rd. Some residential
  evacuations may be needed. Water also affects Ridgeway Ave at US
  63 in Waterloo.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.5 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early tomorrow
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
