...Locally dense fog in parts of Wisconsin...

Locally dense fog remains in parts of Wisconsin, especially in
west-central Wisconsin and in the Wisconsin River Valley in far
southwest Wisconsin where visibilities of one quarter of a mile
have been observed. Expect the fog to dissipate by 8 AM. As you
head out for the morning commute, allow extra time to reach your
destination and be alert for rapid changes in visibility.
