...AREAS OF DENSE FOG AND SLIPPERY TRAVEL EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...

THROUGH 1 PM...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE THE VISIBILITIES TO
1/4 MILE OR LESS IN NORTHEAST IOWA AND PARTS OF SOUTHWEST
WISCONSIN...AND THEN THESE VISIBILITIES WILL RAPIDLY IMPROVE. THE
MOISTURE FROM THIS FOG MAY FREEZE ON UNTREATED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS
CREATING SLIPPERY TRAVEL CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION THE REFREEZING OF
MELTING SNOW MAY ALSO CREATE SOME SLIPPERY SPOTS THIS MORNING.
DRIVE WITH CAUTION AND ALLOW FOR EXTRA TRAVEL TIME. CONDITIONS
WILL IMPROVE EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.
