This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Evening and Tonight.

Strong to severe storms are possible into the evening primarily
across Rooks, Osborne and Mitchell Counties in north central
Kansas. The primary hazards from the storms will be hail the size
of ping pong balls and damaging winds of 60 mph. Locally heavy
rainfall may also accompany the storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Intermittent chances for thunderstorms exist across various
portions of the outlook area Friday night through Wednesday. There
is a marginal risk for severe weather Saturday for locations west
of a line from Lexington to Beaver City, Nebraska.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed through the evening for Rooks,
Osborne and Mitchell Counties in north central Kansas.
