Areas of fog and freezing fog will develop across the area and
persist through the overnight hours. Where temperatures are below
freezing, the fog may deposit a thin glaze of ice and result in
slick spots on roads and highways. Visibility may be reduced to
less than a mile at times.

This includes Interstate 70 between Colby and Hays in northwest
Kansas.
